All code in this repository should follow some formatting conventions so its relatively samey across the board. its not hard to do, and it will keep things looking pretty.

This will also make my understanding of CI better for when we decide we want to run unity's unit tests in CI.

Luckily, the perferred formatter (CSharpier) has some nice docs on how to do this.
